Services Provided
Rooh CDC offers:
• Speech and Language Therapy.
• Occupational Therapy.
• ABA Therapy.
• Early Intervention Programs.
• Parent Coaching and Workshops.
• After Care Services.
Appointment Policy
Scheduling:
• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online portal.
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals:
• Sessions may be shortened for late arrivals to respect other clients' time.
• Full session fees apply for shortened sessions due to client lateness.
Payment Terms
Fees:
• Session fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Package sessions must be used within specified timeframes.
Payment Methods:
• Cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers accepted.
• Recurring payments may be set up for ongoing therapy packages.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations without charge.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur 50% of session fee.
• No-shows will be charged full session fee.
• Refunds for prepaid packages are subject to administrative fees.
Client Responsibilities
Parents/Guardians agree to:
• Provide accurate medical and developmental history.
• Inform therapists of any changes in child's condition.
• Participate in therapy planning and home programs.
• Respect appointment times and cancellation policies.
• Maintain respectful communication with staff.
Therapist Responsibilities
We commit to:
• Providing qualified, professional therapy services.
• Maintaining confidentiality of client information.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Regular progress monitoring and reporting.
• Professional development and training.
Intellectual Property
All therapy materials, assessment tools, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Rooh CDC. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Rooh CDC is not liable for:
• Individual variations in therapy progress.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Information provided by third parties.
• Client non-compliance with therapy recommendations.
Medical Disclaimer
Our services complement but do not replace medical care. Clients should maintain relationships with their pediatricians and healthcare providers.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate services if:
• There is abusive behavior towards staff or other clients.
• Repeated non-compliance with policies.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Actions that disrupt the therapeutic environment.
Changes to Terms
